Discover ADG's training of trainers (ToT)
The ToT instructs trainers how to increase the level of participants’ behavioural change after their training is over. The key in inducing a noticeable behavioural change, is in linking technical expertise with a motivational approach that actually enhances the participants’ capabilities. This is what learning is about: creating a positive environment and engagement amongst participants for them to benefit the most from the training.
The ToT follows the ADG’s proven “Head, Hand, and Heart” approach to adult education, linking the technical expertise (head) with the capability (hand) and motivation (heart) to induce long-lasting change.
The training is of a very interactive nature, the active participation of each member of the training will not only be recommended but also required to make the training a success. A lot of space will be given to the participants to actually put the learnings into practice immediately. To give every participant the chance to share their experience and to practice, the size of the group will be limited and guided by two experienced trainers.
