At our "market place of cooperative institutions", the participants of the CIBP-LINK seminar, which took place this June at Montabaur castle, addressed these questions.
The international network format and training for cooperative executive managers has already taken place for the 16th time and is split into three modules. While the module on strategy traditionally takes place in Montabaur, the module on innovation and the module on leadership are realized in some of the participating member countries.
This year, France, Morocco, Brazil and Belgium will host the modules for the 15th and the 16th cycle respectively.
The first module with a focus on innovation took place in Paris in March of this year. The strategy module in Montabaur will be followed by a final module on leadership in Casablanca, Morocco, in September.

A link between cultures - the cooperative idea
The exchange with the cooperative banks of the different countries promotes the view "beyond one's own nose". The cooperative idea connects all participants equally, but still there are some exciting and new things to be discovered in each of the other systems.
The program builds a bridge between the different cultures. It connects people from all over the world who are working on the same foundation, the cooperative idea.
