7. Statutory deadlines for the deletion of data
There are various legislative requirements and deadlines in force in respect of the retention of data. Relevant data is routinely deleted following the expiry of these deadlines. Insofar as data is not affected, it will be deleted if the purposes stated under 4. above no longer apply.

Transmission of data to third states is not planned.
